Cost
We charge clients 10% - 15% of the bond. Once this payment is received we submit the paperwork to have the defendant released from jail.
Process
You can contact us via phone or the "Quote" form below. A representative will contact you and discuss the payment details as well as the contract. After the payment has been confirmed and the contract has been signed, we will produce the necessary documents for the defendant's release and submit them to the detaining center. The center will then release the defendant . If the defendant does not return for their court date, the client will be responsible for paying the entire bond.
